In 2021, Chef Alejandro Reyes began his lifelong dream to open La Kasta. As one of the best grill restaurants in Colombia it is praised for high-quality meats, inviting atmosphere, and impressive wine list. After irreplaceable losses with a competing refrigeration company, Chef Alejandro switched to True Refrigeration which he describes is now “the lung of the kitchen.”
